What to do with freight damage and returns.

Our experience tells us that you will be delighted with your purchase from Vintage Verandah. If, however, a purchase fails to meet your expectations, let us know.

Please inspect your order the moment you receive it. Our packaging is top-notch but our products are fragile. File a claim with our customer service department within seven days of original invoice date. Save all cartons, packing materials and your damaged or unwanted item, and we will help determine the best way to return it when you call us. All products must be returned in their original boxes with ample packing for product protection. If these return guidelines are not followed, full credit may be not be issued.
