Convenient Shipping: ready, willing and able.                                                        Our average lead time for in-stock goods is 7-10 days, upon approved credit; however, lead times can vary depending upon the time of year, size of the order and availability of products. Backorders, though rare, occasionally happen. When placing an order, please note whether backorders are acceptable or not. Otherwise, please let us know via fax or email if you want to cancel off any backorder following receipt of initial delivery.

Freight Program
Vintage Verandah's freight program takes the weight off of your shoulders.  We use Fed Ex to ship most orders within the continental United States. Orders with items too large to be dependably and economically shipped by Fed Ex will be shipped by a freight carrier. Shipping charges will be added to your order as follows:

Freight Damage and Returns
Please inspect your order the moment you receive it. Our packaging is top-notch but our products are fragile. File a claim with our customer service department within seven days of original invoice date. Save all cartons, packing materials and your damaged or unwanted item, and we will help determine the best way to return it when you call us. All products must be returned in their original boxes with ample packing for product protection. If these return guidelines are not followed, full credit may be not be issued.
