No, Vintage
Verandah does not stock shades.
What
are Vintage Verandah products made of?
Most of our products are cast resin, or combinations
of resin with cast metal, lead crystal or glass.
Cast resin is a very dense material that offers
tremendous design flexibility with great durability.
Yes, our products are all hand finished, with most
finishes requiring six or more steps to complete
(quite a few use gold or silver leafing in the
process). This offers depth and uniqueness to our
finishes.
Yes. Each lamp is individually tested to ensure
strict product safety guidelines for the U.S. and
Canada.
Wattage for each lamp can be found in the item
description in the print version of our catalog.
Additionally, wattage information is printed on the
lamp socket along with our UL approval.
Typically we ship within 7-10 business days for
in-stock goods. All products ship FOB Marion,
Arkansas (across the river from Memphis, TN).

hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through
Friday. If during or after business hours you
reach a recording, please leave us a message and we

Damaged product must be reported within 7 days of
invoice. Call our customer service department (toll
free) at: 800-249-3357 to report all damages. All
returned products must be 100% complete in original
boxes and packaging must be ample for product
protection.
Our
order minimum is $250 for Vintage Verandah orders in
the U.S.
Yes, we will process orders less than minimum with
an additional processing fee of $20.
The
truck symbol signifies that the item must ship via
truck…no exceptions. We recommend a minimum order
of $500 when ordering any items marked with a truck
so the freight will be more economical.

Why are candles no longer included with candleholder
sets?
Candles have
been discontinued from candleholder sets due to
changes in importing regulations. There may be items
that will ship with candles that are currently in
our inventory, all future production will not
include candles.
